How much floss do you use for six count?
I want to cross stitch a nursery Quilt. I figured the largest count would be best (because I could finish it quicker and with less stitches).
I just have no idea how much floss to use for the stitching and back stitching.
Anyone use this count before?
My young daughter likes to stitch on 6 count binca and she uses Dmc stranded cotton, using all 6 strands gives good coverage, as for the back stitching try using 3 strands. Practice on a small piece 1st. hope this helps
